All estimates provided are based on the information you supply and may be adjusted after a full assessment of your move. We offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Final costs may vary due to access issues, extra items, or time changes.
Customers must confirm bookings in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled move may incur a cancellation fee. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to full or partial charges.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Late payments may result in additional fees.
While we take great care in handling your items, Grayson Movers is not responsible for damage to items packed by the customer. For moves handled fully by our team, we offer basic valuation coverage as required by law. Additional coverage may be requested at booking.
We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal substances, firearms, explosives, perishable food, or pets. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure none of these items are included in the move.
We strive to meet agreed-upon schedules, but are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.
Customers are responsible for securing parking permits or notifying property managers in advance. Failure to ensure access may result in rescheduling or additional fees.
If using our storage service, all items must be packed securely. Access to stored items requires prior notice. Items left beyond the agreed storage period may incur additional charges or be subject to removal.
